I have been going to Dr Aikawa (Charles) for over 18 years now and he has always done a great job with my dental work and he is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate him and his employees for always having a warm welcoming attitude. It's a very clean office and good atmosphere. Thanks for always taking care of my dental needs with professionalism and a caring attitude. You guys are AWESOME!!!
I am very disappointed with one of your receptionist! She canceled my appointment without my authorization, which YOU DONT DO THAT! Hopefully this never happens because it’s not okay!
I have been a patient of Dr Aikawa for almost 20 years. I am very happy with the excellence of his work. He is professional and always discusses my options with me. Over the years I have recommended him to several family members. He's fast but thorough, and a bit of a perfectionist.
I have been going to this office for years and love them. The office is spotless, easy to get to, the ladies at reception are knowledgable and efficient and the dentists are fantastic. I have some phobia about dentistry so I'm pretty picky about this stuff and I've always felt comfortable and cared for here. I'm so glad I found them!
I have been a patient of Dr. Aikawa for over 14 years. I have always been very satisfied with his work, and all of his staff. He has been doing his own crowns in office for a few years, which is a wonderful service. If I have a comment about his staff, it is taken care of immediately. All the staff is very helpful.
