I've been renting with them since July last year. When we moved into the building its been ridiculous no one mentioned that our A/C and electricity was split between three different offices. Our A/C for half the office is controlled from another office! They sent a vendor to fix and in the process we lost our heat! It's super cold and I've been forced to be heating units. This is the worst office I've ever had to deal with. The management is the biggest issue with this place. Half the office is without power and its been days. Awful dealing with their staff do not rent from them. ]=

The unit was no where close to be move in ready. Water leak, exposed wires and electric outlet, black mold in drywall and ceiling insulation, and holes in the metal back walls. Completely blew me off regarding my complaint about it did not do anything to fix the issues and kept my money and refused to refund my deposit. Unbelievably terrible service and attitudes. I rented an office from them for 2 years, always paid on time. I left the office on March 31 of this year, and expected to receive my deposit back in about 30 days. Repeated phone calls by me to them resulted in promises that were never kept. I was told that my check was in the mail on 6/24. When I called today to ask where it was they said it was sent yesterday. When I asked why the delay, no answer, just oh well, and that is how it is. Unbelievable.
