Rental was disgusting (loose wires, missing light bulbs, urine on toilets, screws, dust, etc.) when we were told it was move in ready. Abysmal communication when asked questions or regarding maintenance. Property had continuous problems including multiple 24 hour power outages. Stayed less than one year and decided to move. Would never recommend renting through Charles A. Rose Co. Inc. Avoid at all costs.
Claire Stewart and the Charles A. Rose Co. recently worked with us to sell our house in Ashland. The work was complicated by the fact the we live overseas, so the transactions had to be performed remotely.
