Great hair supply store, she gets new products in all the time. The owner is very nice and personable. Finally, a black-owned hair supply store in Elk Grove!
I visited Charlene’s beauty supply today and was so happy with the selection! They had Olaplex, Shea Moisture, scarves, lashes, everything I needed! Plenty of parking outside and great vibe inside. This will definitely be my new go to beauty store!
