Charlene was easy to work with at first. We went through buying an as-is home for the first time and she explained the process as we went. She was always prompt, on time, and answered quickly; but often needed prompting to get answers. She didn't keep you up-to-date on what was going on. Going into the contract as a buyer, she coached us that we would do an inspection on the house to get them to lower the price since the roof was leaking.
