I had an appointment with Dr. Charlene Johnson, my primary care physician, today at the MedStar medical center in Leisure World. Check in went smoothly as did check in with the medical assistant who called me back to the exam room. The staff at MedStar is very friendly and professional. Dr. Johnson is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and compassionate. She went over my lab results with me, asked questions and listened to my concerns. Always a very good experience when seeing Dr. Johnson. She is very caring. Always takes time to explain everything at each visit of my concerns if any, discuss any test results in full & results, makes needed suggestions for my over- all health. Let's me know if I need to do anything further on my health journey. Always pleasant & she is the Best at what she is & does. Very happy she is my Primary Care Dr.
Dr. Jobnson is exceptionally thoughtful and helpful, really going out of her way to think of all possibilities in helping her patients. She is so intelligent and observant, full of common sense and always positive and encouraging.
My appointment experience was very positive. ALL nursing personnel was courteous and respectful.
