New to VA, searched for an in network doctor. I was impressed by what I read online. I was somewhat satisfied, until my recent visit on April 11,2025, my annual exam, while discussing my chart,I asked her, what were the results of my pet scan. To my surprise and dismay, her response was " I don't know I wasn't there". To with I said, I know you weren't you DO has the results don't you? I felt disrespected. Dr NG is a great doctor!
Dr Ng is a very professional patience, listen very well to your concerns, she is highly recommended as an excellent pcp. She believes in being healthy, doing the work to stay healthy, reverses your first options of medications, she make you want to do the work to stay healthy.
