I took my daughter to Dr. Burnett after being referred by a family member. We had a terrible experience with a different OD & needed a second opinion. Dr. Burnett is great! She was very professional,thorough & knowledgeable. She & her staff made my daughter very comfortable & my child had fun instead of crying her eyes out (like at the other OD office)! She took time to explain everything & answer all my questions. The ladies that handled the insurance info & the pre-exam were Great, also!!
Initially, I was a patient of Dr. Charlene Burnett- however, I found her personality to be a bit rude and abrasive.I switched to her husband, Dr. Fred Burnett- whos at this same practice..and was very happy with him.
