Horrible experience for this retired ER RN! She does not listen to you and is only worried about the gold standard of medicine and putting every patient into that box regardless of individual needs individual desires individual thoughts about their own health care.Basically it was her way or the highway with wanting invasive procedures and had no interest in discussing other alternatives. Waste of my time.
