Office check in fast, simple and people were friendly. When we were finally seen, the lady who took vitals was very nice and friendly. After waiting an hour and change, we were told that we needed to see an ENT and not a family practioner. Fine. Our mistake. But, this info was on their charts and could have been told to us prior to our arrival, during our wait, which was very extended. Then to top it off, Dr. Foster did not show her face. The office cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before the time, while I was already on the way. Do not book through ZocDoc as a new patient, they will cancel your appointment and say you booked it as an “existing patient” (while that is not the case) and magically will not have availability for you as a new patient .
