Charlene and Meagan are phenomenal hair stylists!!! I have been with Charlene since the start of her hair career!!!! I have had horrible hair experiences prior to meeting Charlene and I would not go to anyone else. With that being said, I had a hair appointment with Charlene but she was unable to come in so Meagan took on the service (move up and coloring). I have gotten my hair done by Meagan twice in the last couple of years and she is truly amazing at what she does. Both her and Charlene are professional, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I will definitely be going back to Flora!
This review is not for Charlene, it is for her assistant Meagan. I debated on leaving a review on Charlene's business for Meagan, however, Charlene is ultimately responsible for her assistants work and complete lack of professionalism with clients when Charlene is physically present and not present in her loft. Charlene, Meagan should not be taking on her own clients without you present for the entire process. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon.
I’ve gone to Charlene for years and now I’ve been getting to work with Meagan. Both are phenomenal. They are patient with consultations and really take the time to listen to what you want and educate you on what maintenance will look like for your hair. They go above and beyond to always make sure you are comfortable in the salon and in what they are doing to your hair. Charlene is an amazing hair stylist and is very sweet/down to earth. I think she has a great eye for color. This was one of the best hair color experiences I’ve had. I haven’t got extensions yet, but may consider in the future with how wonderful she is at color. Thank you so much again! Can’t say enough great things!
