I had an exam 1 yr ago! When they did take medical! I was suposed to get cataract surgery! I deferred it to get monet for the better lense to be put in my eye! I called to arrange an appt. To get new glasses! I will say that the Dr. Is top notch and polite! As far for the receptionist! TOTALLY RUDE! I said I had Medical! She told me they stop taking that type of insurance! Horrible experience! They gave me the incorrect prescription and I still can’t see. The staff is treating me that this is my fault I should have read the prescription. I’m not a optometrist and I have no idea what the paper says. I told them when I picked up the prescription it was incorrect and they told me to try them for a week. 🤦♀️ I literally can’t see with the glasses. Dr. was nice staff is degrading.
Excellent, quick and honest. New patient in and out under an hour. Great with kids too!
