The ladies here did a very nice Job on my retwist.
I have used this place twice. Both time the braiders arrived late. The hair was neatly done and so I went back a second time. I messaged who i figured was Charlene and asked for large, just past should length knotless for my daughter. The day of, the braider, not Charlene, told my 12 yo to show her what she thought medium was, unknowingly my daughter googled a photo and the braider did it and deemed it small. These people are scammers!!!! they do not know how to do ponytail yet they said that they can do it on me for my friends wedding bridesmaids.
