ms They do not display their return policy. However if you buy something and want to return it, then you learn you only get in store credit. When you try to use the credit for jewelry repair, you are then told it is only for merchandise. I do not like stores that are sneaky. Watch out for this jewelry store!
Deserved Better I have to agree with the other review. I didn't even get in the door, but called to find the location and was met with such rudeness. It felt like an inconvenience to talk to me. My guess is that they do have enough business that they feel comfortable turning people away. I just wish they would say in their advertisement that they only want a certain type of customer, so those of us who don't fit in the category don't have to bother. We all deserve to be treated with respect.
Snobby staff Charlemagne Fine Jewelry wasn't a great place to shop. The staff was kind of snobby and rude and assumed that I wasn't the type of person who should be shopping there, or would have the kind of money needed to shop there. I won't be back.

RecommendedThere is always something to be said about a local shop that takes the time to build relationships and gets to know their customers. Charlemagne does just that. Charlemagne Fine Jewelry is such a treasure! Not only do they have unique jewelry and gifts they also do amazing custom work. I have purchased my wedding set and a few other gifts there throughout the years. I even had some work done on old family jewelry and was so happy at how great it looked when I picked it up! They far exceeded any of my expectations and I'm excited to have them start on my next custom piece soon. And, I can't lie, sometimes I go in to get smooches from my favorite doggie �

My family has been going to Charlemagne for all of their needs since I can remember, and now that I'm getting married, my fiance made sure my ring was through them, as well as our wedding bands, and they are everything I dreamed of and more.
