VERY REASONABLE RENT. I would rent from there again.Basically like having a house. Hardly ever saw any management. Never saw any fees.it wasnt the best place but i did like the privacy. those were peoples homes and not just rented cubby holes like the Links or even worse PEBBLE CREEK. friendly neighbors too.
These apts are NOT horrible, but its definetely worth looking around for others. When I was driving into the parking lot, there were teenage kids walking around. First of all, they have floor heaters which are NOT safe around kids. Secondly, they are EXTREMELY out dated Like from the 70s I kid you not. The paint and carpetting is very poor. I could have seriously done a better job. They have these weird OLD light fixtures in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Due to a series of unfortunate events, My wife and I found ourselves living in this complex. Ive seen some poorly managed properties in my time, but this one is unbelievably bad. Since the property sold in January 2007, there have been three different managers. The listing says the units are updated...this isnt even a bad joke. These apartments are haunted my little nephew has woken up countless times screaming and staring in the corner where my sisters god daughter had seen something and said look mommas crying when there was nothing there... someone was killed in one of the apartments she was crazy and was saying that she was going to kill herself when actually she never had a gun, the police just broke down the door and shot and killed her its not in any of the news papers i have looked and the same apartment my sister lives in there was a women... read more
