This guy, Jay, came here as a Bosch certified tech to service our Bosch boiler which was over pressurizing. We had already had the holding tank and relief valve replaced but still had the problem. So we wanted a different tech and were referred to him. Long story short, he was obnoxious to my partner to the point i had to take him outside and calm him down. Then he says we need a 1000 part.
