He is a very good Dr. He is very attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. I am so happy that I chose him as my Dr. after Dr. Woerner passed away.
I came in to see about a Finasteride prescription as well as another issue. She told me to my face I was vain for not wanting to lose my hair. Worst health care experience of my life and just a brazenly unethical human being to say such a thing. Would also leave zero stars if it was possible. Strong TERF vibes
Disappointing that I can’t give the zero starts. Stay as far away from this location as possible. I have never encountered such disrespectful service anywhere. The Dr. was great, but the MAs, and front office staff all need to be fired and replaced
I was referred to Dr Andreo by my doctor. She send over a referral. They called to set up the appointment . She asked all the routine questions and then she said just a minute I need to check something. After about 5 minutes she came back and said that the doctor had an age limit. That means that I am too old. She offered to set me up with another doctor and I refused. I am in good health and I have been going to ARC for 30 years and I have never heard of this. I was very disappointed with my appointment. The nurse practitioner left in the middle of the exam and didn’t come back for 30 minutes. I am not happy with the service. The service was subpar and I did not feel taken care of or my kids. They were there for shots and check up and I waited 1 and 1/2 hrs to get anything take care of. There was another baby crying so they took care of them first. Really? I’m less important and they let me know that. I won’t be back here. Horrible experience with this doctor and the Austin Regional Clinic.
I am a patient of ARC 1st location since 2005 till today , my problems always was refilling the prescriptions sometimes a week to get it refilled, I am not talking about a pain meds or something requires authorization from GOD but that’s the normal from ARC , I complained half a dozen times to the doctors about the refills and how it take so much long time to fill it however nothing happened so as soon as we pass Covid 19 times me and my family are out of there, LIFE IS TO SHORT GOR THIS CRAP.💩.
