Awesome Dr and the whole bunch was pleasant.
Dr. Jacobs replaced my right hip in December 23 & my left hip August 5, 24. It was a resounding success, and I highly recommend her & her team. Excellent care
Dr. Jacobs changed my life! I suffered from pain in my hip all the way down to my ankle for a couple of years. I had my hip replaced on July 20th. The pain I had been suffering with for so long, was completely gone when I woke up in recovery. By the 21st, I had only minor discomfort. Each day it got better and better. Avoid SE Health Ortho if you have short term disability (STD) insurance from your employer. Crawl away if you need hip replacement surgery. The millennial & gen z crew reluctantly worked with me - then purposely refused to inform the STD carrier with updates. That put me in a financial crisis. If you criticize, you’ll be unjustly labeled as a threat & acused of harassment. The so called Patient Experience Department at SE health did nothing but irritate the snowflakes. Dr. Jacobs and her team are more than a 10. Using her knowledge and compassion for helping others is definitely her calling.
