Expired products, dirty over priced place. Gel was so old that nail tech could not even apply but did not say anything until i did ask to replace it. Not going back or recommending to anyone.
Such a beautiful job on both pedicure and gel/acrylic nails. Great calm and clean environment!
Absolute best nail salon. All of the employees are super nice and they do the best mani pedis
I like Charisma a lot but the prices have gotten very expensive. Three of us went in and two had tips and dips and including tip. I think we were at $500 which was shocking to me. Then to have them removed was $25 per person pre-tax and tip. Menlo Park rents are high but expect high prices here.
