Very inconsistent quality. Two out of my four visits resulted in thick, bumpy, uneven nails with inconsistent shaping. I gave this salon multiple chances because they fixed my first bad set after I called. My next visit was great, so I thought my experience was just a one-off. Updated: June 2026 Still amazing. I almost fell asleep. Haha --- Always really like going here, everyone is so nice. Good leg massage as well!! Update: Still awesome. Make reservations and get in without a wait.
My go too for years! Love the service. Though I have my faves there. They are all good & nice ;) Very clean and organized
The best of the best! I miss them soooo much.I left Calif and am now in Oregon and have yet to find ANY salon that comes even close to the exceptionally wonderful service Charisma offers! They are kind, friendly, caring, professionals who each give their very best. I cannot wait to get back and pay them a visit!!
