Came in for Dazzle Dry and ended up with tiny air bubbles throughout the polish. It was really noticeable for me and not something I’ve experienced from Dazzle Dry at other salons. They did a redo, but the second time still had a lot of bubbles (photos attached). The owner offered a third redo, but after almost two hours I had to leave. Staff were kind and clearly wanted to fix it, and they offered to redo it if I return and said they'd check the bottles. I'm just hesitant to go back and risk another two-hour fix.
Great service and great experience! Highly recommend! They provide very professional luxury Pedicure treatment and a variety of colors to choose from. I’ll definitely come back! +++Bach is such a nice lady who helped me out after their working hours. I really appreciate her for her kindness!!!! Definitely ask her for services next time🫡🫡
Bach was so wonderful and she did an excellent job on my polish and builder gel fill. I LOVE my nails—the polish is perfect and the shape/thickness is exactly what I wanted. Extremely high quality work and a very relaxing environment. I will be back and will be recommending Bach and Charisma nail salon to others! Thank you.
Charisma Nail Salon, located in Downtown Menlo Park, is a very pleasant environment. I have been going here for over 10 years and have received excellent service.
