They claim to be a Christian Company but they are not. They rude and don't listen to you They claim to work with you when they don't. The tenants get to complain about you and say things like they are going to kill your dog and yourself. There complaints that my companion therapy dog attacked and bit people. So they threatened to evict if we didn't get rid of him and we don't have a place to go to. Plus Chrisma is the 3rd management company to manage this place in over a year. They don't fix anything. heres what charisma property is not saying two thirds or more of their good reviews are from famly and friends do your homework and you will see that is correct if they disput this claim ill be very happy to post the names and how they are related to the management staff if your doing well you don't need fake reviews
