Honest review by a normal person, not a Karen. Over the course of the last several years (6 or 7), I have taken a few different things in for repair, and I was happy with the result every time. If there were ever a time when I was told, "I'm sorry, I tried but it can't be fixed", I won't blame the business. I will pay for the time spent to diagnose the issue if there is a charge. Many companies charge upwards of $40, more like $75 or $85 just to diagnose the issue. It's a risk WE take as a customer. Anyways, I recommend this... read more
Harley He is very patient and a joy to work with. My husband and I will definitely take all our computers to him for repair!
Replace battery in I phone. Did not know untill AFTER installing it WAS NOT an apple brand battery. Was told warning of battery would go away after updating IOS. It never did. Will never return to this store ever again.
