I went to Charisma yesterday because I'm new to the area and was referred by a friend. Despite gracious, kind and friendly staff and owner, I will NEVER go back. I went in with hair nearly to my waist and showed a picture of my last haircut, which kept nearly all my length but had long layers. I walked out with layers, but my hair is up to my shoulders !!! I haven't been this upset over a haircut since I was a teenager. I'm just furious.
She's great, loved my hair when she did it. I recommend her to everyone who wants a nice hairstyle and color.
The staff at CHARISMA K SPA AND SALON are wonderful, very professional and most of all very friendly....

Kay Johnson Murray has been doing my hair for well over 20 years. I RARELY go ANYWHERE that people including other HAIRDRESSERS that do not comment on how beautiful the stlye/color is of my hair. She will do EVERYTHING she can to work you and if she can't she has other stylist there that can help you.

When I first walked into the salon I felt such a welcoming presence. I was treated like a queen. Everyone was so sweet and friendly. Wow such a transformation took place. I've always wanted hair like this. Thank you thank you so much KAY.
