I had the best experience working with May at Charisma Jewelry in Chinatown off of Canal Street. I was visiting the area and it was my first time shopping there. I knew exactly what I wanted. I showed May a picture of a gold chain I was looking for and she knew exactly what it was. I mentioned to her that I wanted to wear my chain all the time and never take it off. HIGHLY recommend Charisma Jewelry! My friend and I came here during a trip, and it was worth the visit. Marta and her daughter are so kind and helpful. I was able to purchase a watch I was looking for. Marta made sure the battery was changed out and links removed to fit me. It was polished and put into a nice gift box for me to bring home.
