the lady helping me was SO patient and kind and accomodating. i felt so taken care of! left with a little something. shout out to Charisma Jewelry—45 years strong for a reason!
I went to a few other jewelers in the area and nowhere else does customer service and great prices like they do here. Sweetest ladies working at the front. They were never pressing on us to buy anything. One of them kept on saying "take your time and think about it, you don't have to buy it right now." Me and my friend both ended up with necklaces we love for a great price!
I got some lovely dainty bracelets as a gift and even left with one for myself. Awesome service & great prices too. Thank you May !
