I booked an appointment for 2pm, left my home at 0130 got there at 0150, had to wait until 0225 before I left. I understand that sometimes staff could be behind but please don’t waste other people’s time if you yourself aren’t sure. Why book an appointment if you can’t do it..

Great place, my hair on bad condition dry and my highlights had turned orange. They were able to re-highlight and tone my hair so orange gone. My hair looks great.

This is the fourth time I have sent a client to Martina and her team and they continue to surpass expectations. The cut is always fantastic, the head massage is like something from a spa retreat, the team is professional and highly trained and products are of the highest quality. I always feel heard explaining what I would like, easing typical haircut anxieties. This is the best salon in Barrie!! I've had my hair done many times at Charisma over the years, and every time I go, I get compliments for months afterward. The staff here is incredibly talented and kind. The owner (who dyed my hair) is so talented and I don't think I've ever had better highlights in my life.
