I think of Charisma Salon every day when I look in the mirror. Every day, I put concealer over my botched permanent eyeliner and try to draw it properly on top. Tried to do something good for myself after cancer treatment and significant eyelash loss. Instead, I am out money and look silly. Lovely.
The first time I went to Charisma, I was treated well. Jenny J did my hair and she did a fabulous job. I was unsure of what I wanted exactly, but she guided me to a cut that was perfect for me. Unfortunately, she does not work there anymore. I found this out last fall when I called to make an appointment. Today, I made the mistake of walking in to see if I could get a cut.
