Great food for those of us who love Thai. I've have Drunken Noodles, pad Thai, Thai Garden, summer rolls, and most recently, Crying Tiger. Service is fantastic and they always have a seat for me.

After sampling Thai cuisine in multiple cities, Charisa Thai easily ranks in my top 3. It’s authentic and super delicious.

We ordered take out and the food was pretty disappointing- chicken drunken noodles barely had any onions, peppers, basil/other veggies and was also sweet?? Wasn’t spicy like we ordered and the Chicken Madness wasn’t spicy at all either. The green beans were almost raw. The only thing I did like was the Tom Yum soup, which was flavorful, though it was very spicy. Overall, the spice level was pretty inconsistent though we ordered all Thai Hot and the food was just not worth it IMO

Food is great. I got takeout a bunch of times and they always get the order right and are attentive to vegan and gluten-free needs. But the service for dine-in is absolutely terrible. It's no wonder the place is always empty. I came here during normal dinner hours and the place smelled like bleach and nobody came out to seat us or ask if we wanted to order takeout, so we left after standing there for a few minutes.
