This rating is for the poor communication with this practice. My 85 yo mother is a patient of Dr. Taylor's. This office has some of the worst communication I've ever experienced in healthcare. The healthcare portal AthenaNet either does not work or the office ignores it. It does not allow one to make appointments nor view when their next appointment is scheduled.
