Getting an answer takes an act of congress! Her care team does not respond either. The entire team is off on the same day! No rotation????? Really wanted to work with her but I cannot get a straight response on my care plan. Says she told her team to do something, but after nearly a week, there has still been no change, and no one is returning my calls. My health is too important for this chaos. Moving to another practice.
Dr. Taylor is a wonderful doctor who listens and understands her patients. She is very thorough and does not rush your appointment. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr. Taylor is a poor communicator. At my wellness visit she did not tell me about going to the lab downstairs. I sent her a message in MyChart asking why blood work was not done. Her answer was her staff should have told me to have blood work done at my visit. Dr. Taylor said to fast before the blood work. Dr Taylor is an excellent caregiver
While staff is very polite & caring
This rating is for the poor communication with this practice. My 85 yo mother is a patient of Dr. Taylor's. This office has some of the worst communication I've ever experienced in healthcare. The healthcare portal AthenaNet either does not work or the office ignores it. It does not allow one to make appointments nor view when their next appointment is scheduled. I had to phone the office (which they did return) to find out when her next appt was scheduled and they gave me the wrong date. She consequently resorted to havi... read more
I've been with Dr. Taylor for over five years. Phenomenonal physician. She listens, uses critical thinking skills, has a great bedside manner, and is current in up to date treatments.
Nice person, but she missed stage III cancer that had glaring symptoms.
