My therapist is great and I've been seeing her for years, but the office is a huge hassle to deal with, no one's ever there and no one answers their phones when you call them nor do they call you back.
Found my therapist for PTSD through here. She is great and hs improved my life a lot. However she switched to a different company when I first was seeing her. I was not surprised by her decision after I got a letter from Charis counseling a while later saying that an employee had sent out collection letters that were not approved.
