My first impression with Charis Contractors was excellent. When I requested a bid for a rental the service was prompt and when I received the proposal all of his paper work was attached (business license, workers comp etc.). I sent in the signed contract and received an email confirming that he had received the deposit and had ordered a new skylight and would be in contact when the skylight came in. I am writing this review for anyone considering Charis Contractors LLC for roof repair or looking for Charis Contractor LLC reviews: Find someone else! In mid-November I shopped around for quotes to replace my leaky roof. Charis Contractors representative David Wandel offered a higher price than some of the other contractors and seemed somewhat unwilling to answer my questions, but did offer the longest warranties.
