I really can't rave enough about reception staff Melissa and Shavanda, Nurse Emma, and Drs Ivan and Julia. I work in healthcare and have witnessed firsthand the really good, and the really bad. For the myriad of things I've needed support and expertise with in the past year, Dr Ivan and his team have facilitated timely and in depth referrals as well as making paperwork and all the little things efficient and extremely convenient. Thank you all - it is truly appreciated! I recommend this clinic and it's staff regularly.
Incompetent receptionist answered the phone and had zero information available, nor was she willing to go get that info. I quired about a me removal and wanted to know the raugh price for such procedure as prices vary widely across doctors. She became rude when insisting that it is common courtesy to have this info. After that, the regular process of family's doctor referral and the doctor's discression will be followed. Very dissapointing experience. Both my mom and myself have been seeing Dr Julia Shcherbatykh for years and she provides superb medical advice . Dr Julia is very caring and always listens to our concerns. Her support staff are amazing too! Thank you for all you do Dr Julia. We feel like we are in such good hands with you and your team:) .
Dr Julia is such a wonderful doctor. Smart, caring, a good listener and she takes concerns seriously. She treats me with respect and never makes me feel like I am inconveniencing her if I ask further questions. I am happy with both my medical care, and with how I am treated as a person, when I visit the office… both are very important to me. The supportive staff are kind and respectful as well. I am so very grateful to have Dr. Julia as my doctor.
