I’ve been a tenant of Charie Properties for 3 years with no problems. The office is responsive and our Super is great. The building is nothing special but my rent is very fair.
Paul Crisci was the most horrible human being I've ever interacted with. Inconsiderate and extremely rude to a woman who just gave birth to a baby. Misogynist and very unprofessional. Harassing my phone late at night and sending rude text messages. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Dan Hewitt was the rudest agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He outright accused me of wanting to run an Airbnb out of the studio that I was interested in, in extremely unprofessional and offensive terms. Would not do business with this company under any circumstances.
