Because minus 5 stars are not an option! Absolutely appalling experience at Chargrill Charlie’s. I asked a simple question about whether the chicken schnitzel burger came with cheese and was met with a blunt, dismissive “No” from the staff member, delivered with zero customer service or basic courtesy. When I then asked if I could add cheese, I got an annoyed grunt in response, only to discover they charge THREE DOLLARS for a single slice of cheese. Love this place! My class and I went here every Friday and this became our favourite place ever. May seem different to your usual chicken place but that’s what makes it different and special! Definitely recommend. Staff handle rude customers so well, taking tips from them and being so considerate! Staff are also so sweet and friendly to local kids, staff definitely deserve a raise.
