This place is a complete dumpster fire!!!!! Run away as fast as you can! They DO NOT help you with anything in a timely manner. The apartment above me has leaked into my ceiling and into the walls... We're going on week three of nothing being done about it ... No compensation for rent or anything, just deal with it and the HUGE inconvenience it's going to make of them tearing my walls and ceiling out. What a joke this place is
I wanted to move to another one of their properties and they charge a $500 transfer fee. You still have to fill out an application and pay application fee and wait for approval so the $500 transfer fee does absolutely nothing for the loyal renter, actually you get charged the fee and new renters don't pay it! Great customer loyalty program! Disgusting money hungry company and I hope they fail miserably! Thank you for the clarification and updated info.
