They swooped in to buy Hillcrest and Oakwood properties in Big Rapids. The entire management and owner will lye right to your face about anything. They’re already low balling contractors which is showing up in the details already and they took over a little more than 2 months ago. I know the city inspector and he is on his job. This place is a complete dumpster fire!!!!! Run away as fast as you can! They DO NOT help you with anything in a timely manner. The apartment above me has leaked into my ceiling and into the walls... We're going on week three of nothing being done about it ... No compensation for rent or anything, just deal with it and the HUGE inconvenience it's going to make of them tearing my walls and ceiling out. What a joke this place is
I wanted to move to another one of their properties and they charge a $500 transfer fee. You still have to fill out an application and pay application fee and wait for approval so the $500 transfer fee does absolutely nothing for the loyal renter, actually you get charged the fee and new renters don't pay it!
