Charger Properties needs to be shut down and all of their property assets sold to someone responsible. This is just sick. They and everyone hired mishandled the death of a tenant recently. Regional manner scoffed at my concerns over the slow response. Restoration discarded his mattress outside by the carport (which is highly disrespectful and traumatizing to his friends and neighbors). Do not rent from this company- the property manager is not trustworthy & unprofessional
Had mice in my apartment for about 6 months out of the year I was there. I was very concerned as I had a baby that was crawling around on the ground. I have record of multiple emails to Golfview, as well as many pictures of mice and mouse droppings. At first, all that was done was a single trap was set in the kitchen area. I was told that pest control would be out to my apartment and that never happened. Months later, a large hole under the kitchen sink was filled with spray foam.
