I help relocate Domestic Violence survivors on a volunteer level. One of my biggest concerns (and those of my clients) is SAFETY. I have contacted Springbrook and Charger Properties regarding an unsafe resident of theirs and have received no response. I would not recommend any of their properties to any of my clients. Someone with CSC charges passing a background check is mind blowing.

If I could have placed zero stars I sure would have since this new company has taken over. This place has been rundown has been reported to the Better Business Bureau five times for the same complaints is overcharging upgrading rent by hundreds of dollars not caring what the appearance of the place looks like just worried about that money rolling in.
