The billing process at Charger Global Logistics places an unnecessary and unfair burden on carriers after the job is already completed. As a carrier, we picked up the load, delivered it successfully, and sent the invoice to the exact email address provided, as instructed. The work was done. The invoice was sent. That should be the end of it.
