This place sucks ass. Drivers are still not doing anything else. But being a student Driver as well as a robot Driver. Dispatch wants to do the work for us. Telling us when to start up. While there behind a comfortable desk and While the driver deal with all the BS in and on the freeways. No wonder I'll be out there looking for new work
This place sucks totally. Driver doesn't get to start up when he wants. Dispatch does all the work. Tell you when to start. Like we are a rent a driver. Driver has no say so. What to do when to do. Dispatch blowing up your phone about ETA and why did it take so long to get there. We are in the state of California. You need the extra time to get where you need to get too.
