Was on empty with no electricity stopped at the quick charge station and it was not on call the number to check what was going on and they women told me they turned the Quick charge station off she didn’t have the capability of turning it on it wasn’t her issue and that was the end of that so I sat for 12 hours because I did not have enough electricity to get me anywhere else in the middle of a parking lot what is the point of having a quick charge station if we’re not going to have it on and she refused to find out why it w... read more

We desperately needed a DC Fast Charger and called Chargepoint for help. We were directed here by Chargepoint staffers. This is an outdoor public parking lot accessible to all. It has one DC Fast Charger (w/ 2 ports) and several Level 2 chargers. It was a busy September Saturday with a local festival nearby in full swing but most of the chargers were available. We plugged in, toured the area and had a full charge in one hour. Thanks Chargepoint for your help!
