CHARGE POINT IS A SCAM !!! If I could give 0 star review I would. They literally scammed me for $50 when I never used the machine and canceled my transaction. I CALLED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE MONEY WAS GONE FROM MY ACCOUT AND THEY LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE !!! DONT TRUST THEM. ITS FRAUD. BAD SERVICE AND RUDE AGENTS THAT DONT HELP.
Chargepoint is a scam. I have been de-frauded over 1000 dollars over the past 3 days, and their "support" is an absolute joke. Chargepoint does not care about their customers, and it shows in how they handle all support cases. I have been hung up on. told that they cannot help me, and to call my bank.. Chargepoint is nothing but a scam
