62 KW charging, perfect to add to your battery at a reasonable rate while still offering you the opportunity to walk around and not feel rushed to get back. They should however charge an idle fee even on the free chargers to discourage people from leaving their vehicle plugged in after reaching maximum charge
Pretty great that it's a free DCFC, the condition is pretty poor, but easy to use and got me a good charge quickly, seemed to be really busy. Since my review the broken charge handle was replaced with a NACS plug, which I don't have so I can use one of the two chargers now, limiting the usefulness until I get a adapter.
I don't think New Albany monitors the condition or use of these charging stations. It might be broken, or someone who works nearby might be parked there for hours "charging." Looking at you, blue Honda Prologue. The city really needs to start managing these if it's to be for public use.
