Two charge ports are always opened are on handicap spots. The other two are always occupied.
SLOW, but free (impressive). Stalls are often occupied, and with a 4 hour limit I wouldn't expect to find one empty. But, glad they are there.
This place would get five stars if the people who parked here could follow directions. The fact that the charger for the handicap stall is constantly charging cars outside of the handicap stall is pretty annoying. There also seems to be a regular club of pickup truck enthusiasts who like to park their diesel trucks in the charging stalls. Other than that, the charging stations work perfectly and remain free of charge. Thanks, Napa.
