The location has a touch screen device with a plastic shield that doesn't allow touching the screen. The app asks for the charging station pin, which doesn't display a pin. Really poor user experience. Completely useless.

Enough ports to always find one available.
Was very happy today it was a quick charge and I was able to unattach my car from the charger before it was done because I had an appointment. Usually I'm stuck
