Sean was very thorough. I appreciate how he explained the steps he was taking, the issues he identified and how he answered our questions so thoughtfully. We had experienced an electrical scare that alerted us to a potential fire hazard. Thankfully he was able to come out on short notice, fix the issues at hand and educate us on best practices for home wiring and safe use of outlets. Done in a day. Fast invoicing & reasonable updates, had flexible payment methods. Didn’t break anything or steal anything….Except my heart —- yeah …good, fast and high quality services are rare! Finally, score extra points for humanity. I was gone, the work got done, on time and on schedule for a great price. Appreciate it!

I had a great experience with Charge today. They came out to install a second ground rod for an upcoming repipe. They were early to the appointment, fast, explained all the work once they were finished and were genuinely friendly. The work was also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend. One thing to note, they only take cash or check.
