Sean, Jeff and the team are amazing!! We purchased a home that needed extensive electrical work and upgrades. Charged Electric provided high quality work, friendly service and was extremely patient with us as we tried to figure out lighting fixtures :). We now have a new panel, electrical outlets, switches, light fixtures and most importantly peace of mind knowing my families safety is one of their top priorities! I can’t say thank you enough!
Sean was very thorough. I appreciate how he explained the steps he was taking, the issues he identified and how he answered our questions so thoughtfully. We had experienced an electrical scare that alerted us to a potential fire hazard. Thankfully he was able to come out on short notice, fix the issues at hand and educate us on best practices for home wiring and safe use of outlets. Installed new ceiling lights & dimmer switches in master bedroom. Found issues with original fixtures in another room. Picked up parts. Fixed the issues. Called me, kept me posted on changes. Done in a day. Fast invoicing & reasonable updates, had flexible payment methods. Didn’t break anything or steal anything….Except my heart —- yeah …good, fast and high quality services are rare! Finally, score extra points for humanity. I was gone, the work got done, on time and on schedule for a great price. Appreciate it!
