The entire Charge Guys team are so helpful from set up, with trouble shooting over the years and with our building's recent wifi update. Thanks to Connor and Dmitry for your customer-centered approach and for helping us figure out how to make the wifi switch in the most simple and affordable way. I highly recommend - this company is quite simply electrifying! Here's to getting more folks set up with EV charging!
Everyone keeps saying they spoke to the owner and their issue was resolved right away. I’ve been trying to call their Toll free number for days and no answer! We keep having issues with our ev charger multiple times a week! And then we have to go and charge somewhere else which is a huge hassle!! And then on top of it we have to pay the monthly charges when we’re not even getting to use our ev charger!!! Very unhappy with this service
My EV charger malfunctioned & it was promptly resolved witha quick email & phone call to Connor Stewart - President of the Charge Guys, Super nice guy! Thanks Connor! & it was done free of charge since my charger was still under warranty. I certainly would recommend The Charge Guys for all your EV charging needs, they’re simply the best!
