I absolutely love this gym! The trainers, Mike and Katelyn, are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they are just kind, honest, all around wonderful people. They genuinely care about their members and helping them to achieve their goals, and it shows. The other members are also great. Literally the best place ever. I was unhappy with myself ever since my back surgeries 7 years ago. I came to Michael and Katelyn for personal training. I ended up with great friends and a happier life along with a healthier lifestyle. Don't let others put you down or make you feel bad about yourself. If you come here there is NO JUDGEMENT everyone encourages everyone. This place is the best place to get in shape and make friends too!
