Been living here for almost 3 years , place is decent and quiet , good management , highly recommended.
I have been a resident at Chardonnay-ridge for 3 years now. I would have to say that the management team is wonderful and responsive with any questions or any maintenance request that I have. The apartment complex is kept clean and the other tenants are respectful from the ones that I have encountered.
So far I’ve been satisfied with my time living here! Some minor maintenance issues, but they were addressed immediately and in a timely manner. Big fan of the trash valet and amount of parking spaces for guests!
Very happy and recommend this apartment complex. The people in the office are very friendly, it’s a nice area and the maintenance is on top of things.
