Maintenance is great and responsive to needs
Had an appointment to tour an apartment scheduled at 1 o’clock got there at 12:30. The leasing office was locked. No one was inside waited until 130 assuming they were on lunch. No one ever showed up called the phone number multiple times and left more than one message drove all the way from Hayward to see this apartment super unprofessional. I’m really upset because that’s a long way to drive wasting my gas. Don’t schedule an appointment to tour apartments if no one‘s going to be there to honor that appointment.
