I had one of the worst experiences living here. The people downstairs were constantly smoking weed which seeped into my apartment. The complex was always filthy with garbage everywhere. My maintenance requests were ignored and had to constantly follow up because the manager Toni would claim to “forget”. The manager there is extremely rude and will talk over you when you bring something up that is concerning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here. The one year I stayed was a nightmare.

If I could give -1 million star review I would… In the beginning things were nice the apartment layout is cute and all but after moving in we saw so many things going on here and nothing being done. Since we moved in a couple months ago there has been an ongoing smell of weed seeping into our unit. We’ve mentioned it to management many times and they never did anything. Roach infested , scammers , barely ever in the office , landlord has her parents living next to the office (which is not aloud), nothing ever gets fixed , no parking , cars get stolen out the lot, do not move here , save your money. Also watch for dog feces as the landlords mother had not picked up in the whole year we stayed there. Toys everywhere all over the yard , section 8 ghetto mess 24/7 . Favoritism amongst older residents. Best decision ever was leaving
