Centrally located in Napa
Die Zimmer sind viel zu teuer. Die Einrichtung sehr veraltet und abgewohnt. Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht. Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier.
The lady at the front desk was shockingly rude to us from the very first second when we arrived. We never experienced such arrogant and unfriendly behaviour before and that is the opinion of four individuals. we would never stay here again because of her and they charge me twice bad bad custumer service never again...
The place is okay.. our room was on the run down side. Chandelier over the bed was super dusty, bedding with pilling like crazy, the towels had mascara stains on them, TV remote batteries were dead. When we booked this location I was excited for a quiet, relaxing place. Sadly I didn’t realize it’s off a man road that seemed to have traffic all night :( .. our room also didn’t have robes like they advertise. Not worth the $200+ it cost to stay there.

The room was cute, the bed was so comfy! Yes the coffee machine was dusty, that must be because Dutch Bros was down the street
Good thing is we payed at desk upon arrival, no hidden fees, very clean room, friendly guy at desk, cons , very misleading on appearance, non updated display photos , ie our room was naked on decorative, as the photos showed a very classy room. All and all , it was like a motel 6 , side of the road hotel. Thinking of it as a romantic getaway , and it didn't go as expected.
