The landlord is on a power trip and is all about money like most slumlords are. She tried to provoke me to move out on short notice over an email she perceived as "disrespectful." She communicates exclusively by email and that leaves a high probability for miscommunications or misunderstandings to occur. I wasn't a favorite resident so I was not allowed to break my lease without penalty when I asked for a reasonable accommodation to leave early. I helped a friend move out of one of the apartments in this building. This building appears to be literally falling apart. Multiple leaks from pipes, cracks in ceilings, many areas smell of mold, prior sewage leags, plumbing and electric not up to code, bug infestations, among other things. The landlord is terrible for both apartments and owner resides out of town. They are usually slow to respond to maintenance requests. Slumlord property. My moving company also helped another person leave this place as well. There have been many complaints and they can’t fix anything in your apartment right the first time. They really like cashiers checks and taking people’s deposits. I won’t add photos. You really should get a tour and see for yourself. The property manager is worse she’s local, your landlord watches you from webcam in SF. The property manager is the husband of a big time church in OKC.
