Trustworthy Vet Dr. Allman is an excellent vet. Our family has been taking our dogs and cats to him for years. His staff is pleasant and helpful. He has come through for my animals in emergencies and cares for them. I have never met another vet with a heart for animals like Dr. Allman. Also, he is probably the most reasonably priced vet in the area. My in-laws live in Lake County and go to another vet - they pay twice what I do for the same procedures.
Rude Staff The staff at this vet have the worst customer service skills on the planet. They're rude and condescending. They will answer the phone and immediately put you on hold, leaving you there for minutes at a time. They are very snarky when you ask them questions and seem to want to make it hard to make an appointment to bring in your pet. They may be cheap, but not worth the hassle or rudeness.
Bad experience in the past My family had a bad experience with this vet in the past. We felt that the vet did not do everything he could to help us save our dog and she ended up being put down. We have heard that there is a new vet here now who comes highly recommended, so it may be worth going to them if so.
