I've been trying for nearly a half hour to call this facility to learn if my 94 yr. old mother has been transferred here from Lake West Hospital in Willoughby, OH. Each time I call, it rings 10 times, then a recording tells me that no one is answering to try back later. The hospital told me she's no longer a patient there. She was scheduled to go to this facility, but before using the gas for a 22 mile round trip, I wanted to verify she was actually there.
