Simply terrible!!! Stay away!! Terrible service, and food!! Will never go back!
The place was Filthy,service was slow, the burger had little to no flavor, but very friendly staff
I get to New Orleans once a year.... And we get to Charcoal and they were out of Kobe beef... Was not happy.. But I had the Buffalo so it was good...
Dont judge a place always by the time of food prep, at first i posted a bad review but i had to change it because outside of time ian and his staff pride on people customer service and the listens when his customers need to just talk...thank all of you
If Best Avg. They have a whole lot of place I would eat before I go back. Nothing special about their food!!
I love the atmosphere. It was a lil cold last night, and the manager adjusted the A/C for me... that makes me one of the most satisfied customers ever! I have had a shrimp burger and now an antelope burger. I loved both of them. I will try more on the menu in the future. Yummy

Womp womp.... went on a Sunday afternoon. Place was dead soooo, no reason for poor service. We were seated quickly upstairs on the balcony - delivered water in 5 min. Then we waited 20 for a server to show up stony eyed and blank minded. He took drink ordered - 15 min later showed up with one beer asked about the other .took food order 20 min later food shows up , still no beer . Asked AGAIN what I wanted .
