I come here at least three times a week, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The service alone keeps me coming back. Nick is always attentive, on it, and such a great hype man—he checks on everyone consistently and makes sure there’s nothing that could elevate the experience even more. Incredibly smooth hookah with flavors for both newbies and more old school/long time hookah folks. Owners and management are very involved and responsive. I have been coming to Charcoal N Chill for over three years, including before the current management took over. Over that time, I've had many great experiences here and have recommended the place to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me disappointed. A couple of weeks ago, I was invited to attend a Friday evening event. I arrived as I normally would, only to discover there was a cover charge and a bouncer at the entrance. Had visited with my friends and found the place amazing. The hospitality is great. The ambience was terrific with great music. Was amazed with the quality of food. Loved the appetizers that I had. Was lip smacking. It has become my favorite place to visit every week.
