I come here at least three times a week, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The service alone keeps me coming back. Nick is always attentive, on it, and such a great hype man—he checks on everyone consistently and makes sure there’s nothing that could elevate the experience even more. I've been to pretty much every hookah spot around here and most of them kind of blend together. Either it's just okay or I'm fixing the coals every ten minutes. Charcoal N Chill is the first one in a while that actually stood out to me. The hookah is the best smooth hookah I've had, no exaggeration. Nicholas Was great with hospitality. Was very pacient with us when it came to the food and drinks. They have some of the best Lamb Chops. Place felt peaceful. If you do end up coming You should ask for Nicholas.
The food, drinks, DJ, belly dancer and overall vibe were absolutely amazing. The best chicken fried rice I have had anywhere. The naan was super soft which paired so wonderfully with the butter chicken. The wet chicken 65 was so good as well. The cocktail and mocktails were so good. The customer service was outstanding with frequent check ins to make sure we were having a great time there. Will definitely be back!
