Incredibly smooth hookah with flavors for both newbies and more old school/long time hookah folks. Owners and management are very involved and responsive. Last night was my first time here and I must say I was impressed! The place was very nice and cozy (which was great on a chilly January night) and gave me and my girls great vibes to end our night with. Lee was our server and she was so exceptional I have to give her 5 stars as well. I had such a great time at Charcoal N Chill in Alpharetta! The food was delicious, the hookah flavors were smooth, and the vibe was perfect. Weekend nights get packed with amazing music and fun energy — ideal for a great night out with friends. The staff was super friendly too, making the whole experience even better. Visited Charcoal n Chill Lounge for the first time last Friday night with a friend, and we absolutely loved it! The place has such a vibrant vibe — great music, cozy ambiance, and a crowd that’s just there to have a good time. The food was delicious (especially the appetizers!) and the hookah was smooth with plenty of flavor options. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Definitely one of the best spots in town to unwind, eat, and vibe with good music. Can’t wait to come back!
